The jury of experts praised and therefore selected Jora Vision’s proposal, out of a series of other very competitive international designs, as winning company. The challenge behind the design assignment is to find the best balance between the huge tourist volumes and the limited architectural spaces of the museum. Jora Vision’s design opted for the model of a walkthrough experience, defined by a clear storyline, appealing for all visitors regardless of their socio-demographic background. A well balanced combination of spatial immersive theming, interactive hands-on exhibits and digital guidance solutions proved to be the best solution for the project.

The success of the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, over the past 30 years, confirms that the protection of the endangered population of Giant Pandas has become a great human achievement in the understanding and unfolding of the secrets behind the unique world of the Panda.

Jora Vision’s team is proud to be able to contribute to the further development and improvement of such an important cultural Chinese institution.
